Looking to get more involved in the music industry? Looking to help out one of your favorite bands? Look no further!

I am now taking sign ups for people to help promote before, during and after their Warped Tour date for Set It Off! You’ll be working to raise awareness of them and their set at Warped Tour and in return for your hardwork, you’ll get in to your date FOR FREE. Nothing better than free stuff, right? Once you’ve been approved for a date, I’ll send you all the stuff you need to know!

Vans Warped Tour 2013 Volunteers with Music Saves Lives

Music Saves Lives is looking for volunteers on the 2013 Vans Warped Tour.

Job duties include:
Arriving on time at 9am and concluding at approximately 6pm
Setting up and taking down our tent
Organizing the blood donor VIPs
Informing patrons about our cause and organization
Other daily duties around the venue

Requirements include:
You must be 16 years old with parental permission or over 18 years old
You must provide your own transportation
You must be healthy and able to stand for long periods of time in severe weather (we have a tent, but the temperature averages 100 degrees)
You must be able to lift 30+ pounds

The fine print:
You will get two 30 minute breaks and two 15 minute breaks, but you may not be able to choose when
We will be counting on you to be ready to work, and you will need to be present at the tent when we need you
You will receive complimentary entry into the venue

Well your mom can go to Warped Tour if she feels comfortable in doing so. They have a reverse daycare just for parents. It’s an air conditioned tent with beverages and things for parents to do.

Warped Tour is about the music, not drugs. Yeah there may be people there doing drugs, but it’s usually not horrible. There are security and police officers at every venue, so generally people won’t do it right out in the open.

I would just tell your mom to trust you, and let you experience Warped Tour.

No, you need to donate 3 canned food items or $5 to the non-profit by the entry gate. They will give you a wristband which will let you inside 30 minutes prior to the door time.

If you go to the Warped Tour website it will tell you what dates each band is playing next to their name.

What is a decent amount of money to bring to warped tour for band merch?

It depends on how much you plan to buy. T shirts are generally $15-$25, sweatshirts are around $40, tank tops are around $20, and CDs range from $5-$10.

I would bring $20 just for food and water, and $40-$100 for merch.
